3) Products, Listings & Availability

We do our best to keep product information accurate, but:

  • Product photos are for display purposes. Colors may vary by device/screen.

  • Inventory can change. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel and refund your order.

4) Pricing, Tax & Shipping Fee

  • Sales Tax: 0% (we do not add sales tax at checkout).

  • Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout.

  • Flat-rate shipping fee: shown clearly at checkout and added to your total.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid.

5) Payments

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Card via Stripe

Payments must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We do not store full payment credentials.

6) Order Processing & Right to Refuse Service

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • There is a pricing or listing error

  • The address is undeliverable or restricted

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity is suspected

If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to:

  • weather

  • holidays

  • address problems

Once the carrier marks an order as delivered, responsibility may shift depending on the situation (see “Lost/Delivered Issues” in our Shipping & Handling policy if applicable).

8) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Easy Returns / Returns & Refunds policy.

Key rules:

  • Returns are available only within the stated return window

  • Items must be in eligible condition (unused/unwashed, etc.)

  • Refunds go to the original payment method
