EASY RETURNS

We offer a simple return process. If your order is not what you expected, you can request a return within the timeframe below and we’ll provide step-by-step instructions.


1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on tracking.

  • Day 1 = the day the carrier marks the package as Delivered

  • Return requests submitted after 30 days may be rejected


2) Conditions to Qualify for a Return

To be eligible, items must meet all conditions below:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Original condition (not altered, not resized, not modified)

  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

If a returned item arrives used or damaged, we may deny the refund.


3) Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned outside the return window

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance (if stated on the product page)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


4) Return Shipping Cost (Who Pays)

A) If the return is our fault

Examples:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Missing parts / incomplete delivery

✅ We will cover return shipping or offer a replacement/refund depending on the case.

B) If the return is not our fault (change of mind)

Examples:

  • Ordered the wrong size/color

  • No longer needed

  • Doesn’t fit your preference

➡️ Return shipping is paid by the customer.


5) Refund Amount & What Is Refunded

Refund includes:

  • The item price of eligible returned items

Refund does NOT usually include:

  • Shipping fee paid at checkout (non-refundable), unless the return is due to our mistake

If your order had discounts/coupons:

  • Refund is based on the amount you actually paid, not the original price.


6) Refund Timeline

Step 1: Return approval

Once you contact us and we approve the return, we will send you return instructions.

Step 2: Item shipped back

You ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Step 3: Inspection

After we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–3 business days.

Step 4: Refund issued

If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Important: Your bank/PayPal may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


7) Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges (it slows everything down and creates mistakes).

If you want a different size/color:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the correct item


8) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item (Very Important)

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • A short description of the issue

    • Clear photos of:

      • the item

      • the packaging

      • the shipping label (if possible)

We will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Refund

  • Store credit (if you prefer)


9) How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

Include exactly this info (so we don’t have to play detective):

  • Order number

  • Your full name

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (choose one):

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged on arrival

    • Defective

    • Doesn’t fit

    • Changed mind / no longer needed

  • Photos (only required for damaged/defective/wrong item)

What happens next

  • We respond with return approval and instructions

  • You pack the item securely and send it back

  • We inspect it and issue the refund if eligible


10) Return Packaging Rules

  • Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit

  • Do not ship items loosely without protection

  • If damage occurs during return shipping due to poor packaging, the return may be denied


11) Missing Deliveries / Tracking Says Delivered

If tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check around your address (porch, mailroom, neighbors)

  • Contact the carrier to confirm delivery details

  • Email us and we will assist based on available tracking information
